Our program is designed to match mentees with experienced mentors who can provide valuable insights, advice, and encouragement.
Club 232 Mentorship is a branch of the Konneh Group dedicated to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone. Our mentors are successful entrepreneurs, industry experts, and business leaders who are passionate about giving back to their community by sharing their knowledge and experiences.
- Application: Interested mentees can apply to join the Club 232 Mentorship Program by filling out an application form.
- Matching: Once applications are received, our team carefully matches mentees with mentors based on their interests, goals, and areas of expertise.
- Orientation: Selected mentees will attend an orientation session to meet their mentors, set goals, and establish expectations for the mentorship relationship.
- Mentorship Sessions: Mentees will have regular one-on-one meetings with their mentors to discuss challenges, seek advice, and receive guidance on their entrepreneurial journey.
- Networking Events: In addition to one-on-one mentorship, mentees will have opportunities to participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to expand their knowledge and connect with other like-minded individuals.
- Must be a young entrepreneur based in Sierra Leone

- Willingness to commit to the mentorship program and actively engage with their mentor
